Her international background, having lived in Ireland, London, and New York before settling in Florida, brings a unique global perspective to her therapeutic work.

Born in Ireland and raised in London and New York City, Michelle moved to Florida at 21. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, graduating with honors. Her professional journey includes work in clinical and non-clinical roles that have shaped her integrative therapeutic style.
