“When difficult moments arise, our instinct may be to protect ourselves from pain and seek solace in comfort. In my clinical experience and personal journey, I've discovered that genuine healing often requires confronting our past sufferings and building authentic connections. When we embrace our struggles and face them head-on, we can recognize our capacity for resilience and growth. We are more than our suffering; we are the strength that overcomes it.”
